- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the inspection, repair, and quarterly maintenance of badger flow meters in accordance with the statement of work. This requirement will consist of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years wherein a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-10-R-0091 will be released O/A 9 August 2010, Closing date: O/A 25 August 2010. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
