- Synopsis- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, Texas intends to issue a solicitation for a fixed priced purchase order to deliver dry ice to the William Beaumont Medical Center Pathology office in the El Paso, Texas area. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates a contract length of 12 month base period and two (2) one-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a request for quote utilizing FAR Part 13 evaluation procedures. The Government anticipates release of the commercial solicitation on or about August 23, 2010, with a projected closing date of September 1, 2010. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are required to check the above websites daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. These are projected dates and are subject to change. Hard/paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Representations and Certifications must also be on record through OCRA at www.orca.bpn.gov.
