- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to procure services for the acquisition and installation of two (2) hybrid-renewable energy, LED street lighting fixtures at the NSWCCD Philadelphia site. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 335122. This solicitation was originally to be a sole source procurement, but after further market research, it is expected that there will be two or more small business offerors.
