- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for fixed wing aircraft services to support predator control activities in South Dakota. The anticipated award will be a firm fixed priced IDIQ contract. The solicitation, #AG-6395-S-10-0130 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only.
