- RFQ #DTPH56-10-Q-000024 This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number #DTPH56-10-Q-000024 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-37. The applicable NAICS code is 541611. The government intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments from FedBizOpps.Gov. The government may award a purchase order without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial quote(s) provided is the most advantageous to the Government and discussions are not necessary. PHMSA will award, based on the quote which is most advantageous to the Government for the requirement.
