- J&A Sole Source for Commercial Travel Office at Hickam AFB 647th Contracting Office, Hickam AFB, HI awarded contract FA5215-10-C-7001 to Cruise Ventures, Inc, 870 North Military Hichway Suite 202, Norfolk, VA 23510 for the purchase of Commercial Travel Office Service at Hickam AFB, HI. This sole source award is the in the Governments best interest because due to anticipated placement of Worldwide Commercial Travel Office contract to be in place by 30 Novemenber, but currently still in award process.
