- July 29, 2010 In Reply Refer To: 69D/GLHSAC C3T, Inc. 6045 N. 55th Street Milwaukee, WI. 53218-1601 SUBJ:Notice of Contract Award - VA69D-C-1501 The Veterans Administration hereby awards a contract to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Repair and Minor Construction Services for the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as outlined in Request for Proposal VA-69D-10-RP-0319. Contract Number VA69D-C-1501 is assigned to this work and should be referenced on all correspondence and invoices. Individual Task Orders will be issued for individual projects. The contract is issued for One (1) Year. Individual Task Orders shall not exceed $500,000.00 and shall not be less than $2,000.00. The minimum guaranteed value of the contract is $100,000.00. As stated in the contract, RS Means Cost Works Software and a pricing coefficient of 0.665 will used to determine pricing throughout the term of this contract. Unpriced items shall be negotiated. A Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives will be assigned at the award of each individual Task Order.
