Description
MARKET RESEARCH ONLY - MARKET RESEARCH ONLY - MARKET RESEARCH ONLY This is a sources sought notice posted on FedBizOpps for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY as of on 2 August 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services). All interested firms should reply to the sources sought notice as it applies to the NAICS code and include the capability and past performance information requested in this notice. The Contractor will be required to provide program management support, initial, sustainment and functional training consultation and support for all software solutions in support of the deployment of a Electronic Health Record for the AMEDD. Initial and sustainment support is required for all technological solutions and activities associated with the MEDCOM AHLTA Provider Satisfaction (MAPS) initiative and the deployment of patient-centered medical home (PCMH) principles and information technologies required to meet the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) criteria for PCMH. Other support includes curriculum development, business process re-engineering activity support, implementation of MEDCOM and OCMIO policies and procedures, and necessary conference and administrative support to the Training & Support Branch, OCMIO. These objectives will be accomplished through an assigned Project Manager and a cadre of mobile Clinical Information System Consultants directed to or assigned at designated MTFs outlined in this PWS. Each MTF at which a Training Consultant provides services shall be responsible for coordinating MTF training requirements with the Medical Information Office and/or Information Management Office at each location. The purpose of this sources sought notice is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY to determine the method of acquisition. The Governments determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be made based on responses to the notice and is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL(RFP). When issued, the RFP will be posted to FedBizOpps. Responses to this notice should include: 1) A written narrative of contractors capability to provide MEDCOM AHLTA Provider Satisfaction (MAPS) (no more than 10 pages), to include any past performance information for providing the same or similar services (past performance information should include the contract number, dollar value of contract, a description of the services provided, and point of contact with phone number and email address); 2) Company size in relation to the applicable NAICS code 541990 size standard $7.0 million; 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code; 4) Socio-economic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran owned small business; 5) Comments concerning the draft PWS; 6) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers; 7) NAICS code recommendation, if you feel that another NAICS code would be more appropriate for this requirement. Responses to this notice should be e-mailed to the Contract Officer, Anita Warren at anita.warren@amedd.army.mil Responses must be received no later than 4:00pm Central Standard Time on 6 August 2010.
