- The AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland AFB New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to COSMOL, Inc., 1 New England Executive Park Ste 350 Burlington, MA 01803. This software requirement will be use to model metamaterials at Kirtland Air Force, Base New Mexico. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Anticipated Award date is on or about 9 August 2010.
