- Wage Determination Quote form SOW RFQ and clauses Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for janitorial services at Jacksonville, FL. Please see attached Statement of Work for details of requirement. Award of this requirement will be subject to availability of fiscal year 2011 funds. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-priced and technically acceptable. Awardee MUST register in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in CCR requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number. Please complete and SIGN the price quote form attached, and return with this form. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SIGN Blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30 on page one of the SF 1449 form. Quotes that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered. All quotes must be RECEIVED by the Contract Specialist no later than August 9th, at 12:00 P.M. NOON Eastern Standard Time (Indianapolis).
