- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for a construction requirement project titled Construct Latrine, Building H-5786, at Fort Bragg. Contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 90 days after notice to proceed. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price, and award will be based on price. This is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 Million. The forthcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation W91247-10-T-0096. The Magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is on or around 4 August 2010. There will be only one organized Government-approved site visit; the tentative date for an organized site visit is on or about 11 August 2010. It is highly recommended that prospective offerors attend the site visit. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi, no paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings.
