- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ - Polaris Ranger Crew UTV, Model # R09WH68AG or EQUAL - Reference (F3MRMX0174A002) Requesting Agency: 440TH AWMX Aircraft Maintenance 3439 Surveyor Street Pope AFB, NC 28308 Purchasing Agency: 43D Contracting Squadron 2352 Surveyor St, Bldg 737 Pope AFB, NC 28308-2896 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number F3MRMX0174A002. This acquistion is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 441221. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42.
