- Please fill out the SF18 with your quote and return to me at bill.bell@noaa.gov COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION REQUEST POLY TRAWL, DOUBLE BAR MESH, AND NYLON TRAWL WEB (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number WRD-10-14880. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-10. (IV) This procurement is unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 541990.. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial item(s)/services: See Statement of Work. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Statement of Work WRD-10-16729 STATEMENT OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS: 1. 5", 5MM POLY TRAWL WEB. DEPTH STRETCHED ORANGE, 100 MESHES DEEP, SINGLE SELVAGE BOTH SIDES, 300 LB. BALES 1800/QUANTITY: UNIT/LB 2. 4", 60T NYLON DYED GREEN, LIGHT BONDING, DEPTH STRETCHED, 100 MESHES DEEP, SINGLE SELVAGE BOTH SIDES, 300 LB. BALES. 1200/QUANTITY: UNIT/LB 3. 3 1/2", 96T NYLON DYED GREEN, LIGHT BONDING, DEPTH STRETCHED, SINGLE SELVAGE BOTH SIDES, 60 MESHES DEEP, 600 LB BALES 1200/QUANTITY: UNIT/LB 4. 6", 6MM, DOUBLE BAR MESH, POLY TRAWL WEB. DEPTH STRETCHED, 50 MESHES DEEP, 600 LB BALE 600/QUANTITY: UNIT/LB The C&A requirements of clause 73 do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required. (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance Environmental Conservation Division, 2725 Montlake Blvd E., Seattle, WA 98112. Delivery shall be Seattle, WA. Period of performance shall be Date of Award - September 30, 2010 (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items 2005-10, applies to this acquisition. In addition to written price quotes, offers are instructed to provide: See Statement of work. (IX) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items 2005-10 applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a) is hereby completed as follows: See Statement of work. (X) The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items 2005-10, with its quote. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision. (XI) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 2005-10, applies to this acquisition. (XII) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items 2005-10 applies to this acquisition.
