- The above-referenced Request for Proposal (RFP) No. GS-02P-10-PV-C-0049 is hereby amended as follows: Amendment No. 1 is hereby issued to answer questions received from prospective offerors, and to issue replace solicitation pages 92 and 97 with new pages 92 and 97, also to replace Section J (pages 154 - 179) with new Section J (pages 154 - 179). END OF AMENDMENT No. 1 The above-referenced Request for Proposal (RFP) No. GS-02P-10-PV-C-0049 is hereby amended as follows: Amendment No. 1 is hereby issued to answer questions received from prospective offerors, and to issue replace solicitation pages 92 and 97 with new pages 92 and 97, also to replace Section J (pages 154 - 179) with new Section J (pages 154 - 179). END OF AMENDMENT No. 1 Solicitation No. GS-02P-10-PV-C-0049 for Complete Janitorial Services at the Charles L. Brieant, Jr., U.S. Courthouse, 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601. Offerors are cautioned that this is a performance-based service solicitation. These performance-based specifications express the Government's requirements in the form of the minimum quality standards to be met. The contractor is to determine the optimal work schedule, frequency, resource allocations and performance methods. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you are aware of all the terms and conditions. T he anticipated contract to be awarded will be a firm-fixed price contract of one year duration containing four one-year option periods. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to perform this service. It is anticipated that the contract will commerce on October 1, 2010. Any questions concerning the Solicitation should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Joyce Taylor, at 212-264-3581.
