- Attachment 1 Wage determination Statement of work, associated clauses, and evaluation criteria COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION *RECOVERY* : Lodging and Meals This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Request for Proposals Procedures authorized in FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the most qualified and responsible contractor with the best price and can meet delivery deadlines. NAICS code: 721110 ; small business size is set at $7.0 million average annual receipts. This contract is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and will require reporting on FederalReporting.gov certain information as required by clause 52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act-Reporting Requirements. Contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov) Solicitation number #AG-9702-S-10-0567 being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation documents and associated attachments and exhibits are available with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40, dated April 22, 2010. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of these and any clauses may be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/far/index.html. Quotes are required to be received no later than 2:30 pm Mountain Daylight Time, Friday, August 13, 2010, and must include the following: Company name, address phone numbers, DUNS number, itemized quote, and response to evaluation criteria listed in Section M.
