- FA5205-10-Q-AA02 ESD Matting This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-10-Q-AA02. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 314110- Carpet and Rug Mills. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 5:00PM EST 6 Aug 2010. DESCRIPTION: ESD Matting for Misawa AB. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5205-10-Q-AA02.
