- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be issued as a RFQ under the following solicitation number: FA7017-10-T-8011. This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 334130, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This RFQ contains four line items. The line item description is as follows. CLIN 0001 Leader LV7330 Multi SDI Rasterizer Quantity 3 CLIN 0002 Leader LR-2481U Rackmount for LV7330 Quantity 3 CLIN 0003 Leader LV5330 Portable SDI Monitor Quantity 2 CLIN 0004 Leader LC-2250-U Carrying Case for LV5330 Quantity 2 Leader brand equipment is required for compatibility with equipment already owned by HAF/IMMT The delivery location is HAF/IMMT, HQ USAF Television Center, 1220 Air Force Pentagon Room 1E782, Washington DC 20330-1220. Delivery is requested on or before 27 August, 2010. Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination. Quotes will be evaluated based on price. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, requiring all offerors to be registered in ORCA.bpn.gov, or to fill out the clause in its entirety. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
