- The following are questions and answers received for solicitation W91B4P-10-R-0058 1. How many radios are required in support of this RFP? 10 Radios (Motorola) and 2 Base Stations. 2. Please specify the authorized frequency range for contractor radio use? They will have one dedicated frequency...TBD 3. Is a repeater required in support of this RFP? NO 4. Please specify the ballistic level protection required for PPE utilized on this contract? level II 5. Who is the incumbent contractor currently on site? None/NA (new site) 6. Are crew served weapons required for theis RFP? If so, please specify the number required and the quantity of ammunition required for each weapon? NO 7. Will the USG provide DFAC privleges for Expat manager and Shift Supervisors? YES 8. What are the dimensions of FOB Justice? Football Field...approx 100 x 50 9. Will the USG provide transportation from the POE to the site for mobilization/demobilization of the Site Manager and TCN Shift Supervisor? Not sure of this question. If this means in and around the FOB...NO...See answer to question 8...There is no need. 10. Will the USG provide internet access for the Expat Site Manager? YES 11. Since the contracted guards will assist the US Forces in searching vehicles, does the contractor need to provide vehicle search tools, such as mirrors, if so, how many? 2 each vehicle search mirrors and 2 each metal detector wands. 12. Will mail service be provided to contractor and US Expat and TCN personnel? Mail privleges are only for US personnel 13. Table 1 states that the contractor is responsible for providing vehicle fuel (diesel)? Will the US Forces consider providing vehicle fuel for the two contractor vehicles to reduce the cost of securing fuels and to ensure that there is minimum risk of loss of vehicle serviceability due to contaminated fuel? YES
