- Phase II, Prado Dam Auxiliary Embankment & Floodwall, Santa Ana River Mainstem, CA The estimated cost of this project is $10,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00. NOTE: This project is issued a 100% small business set aside, and the assigned NAICS code (237990). Project consists of construction a multi-zoned compacted earthen dike which extends from the south side of the Prado spillway to Auto Centre Dr., approximately 5,370 feet in length, including excavation and backfill, stonework, drainage culverts, v-ditches, landscaping, A.C. paving an appurtenant work; and construction a concrete floodwall along the north side of the railroad track from Auto Centre Dr., east approximately 1,200 feet including drilled concrete piles, drainage culvert, concrete ditches, fence-work and grading. DOWNLOADING SOLICITATION: The solicitation will be available on or about 16 August 2010. Plans and specifications will not be provided in hard paper copy. The solicitation and all amendments for this Invitation for Bids will be posted on www.fbo.gov Viewing/downloading documents from fbo.go will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). Please note that ALL firms who want to access the solicitation, both prospective primes and subcontractors, must be CCR-registered, have a MPIN, and either a DUNS number or CAGE code. It is the responsibility of the bidder/offeror to check www.fbo.gov frequently for any amendments or changes to the solicitation.
