Description
IQC10211009007. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1650-01-165-0999, Flange Assy, Drive, IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (CAGE 8V613), drawing 7-311220026 Rev 'E' dated 21Jun91 & AMCOM (CAGE 81996) Procurement Package 7-311220026 Rev 'N' dated 30Nov06, and SS7-311330026 Rev 'F' dated 28Nov06, p/n 7-311220026. Approved sources: Timken Aerospace (CAGE 15152) and Dynatech International (CAGE 63172). FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is an Army Critical Safety Item as of July 30, 2010. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 139 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. A Contractor First Article is required. This is a Critical Application Item. CDRL applies, as does Serial Number Report Requirements and The Army Maintenance Management System - Aviation (TAMMS-A). Requested delivery for production units is 192 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 4, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about July 6, 2010.
