- Description
- Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia has a requirement for one (01) each 31mm Ablation Catheter, three (03) each Halo 90 Ablation Catheters, and two (each) Halo 360+ Sizing Balloons for a surgery scheduled for 2 August 2010 in the Gbastroenterology Clinic. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Barrax Medical, a small business. Instant procurement is a patient specific one time buy and is not available for competition. The required item is an invasive device, prescribed by the patients physician/surgeon and determined by the physician to be best suited to meet the medical, health and life-style needs of the specific patient for whom it is required. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
