- NOTICE OF AWARD TO REPAIR ROOFING SYSTEM AT FACILITY 20 BOLLING AFB, WASHINGTON D.C. General Information • Document Type: Notice Of Award • Contract Number: FA7012-10-C-0007 • Posted Date: TBD Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Force District of Washington Command (AFDW), 20 MacDill Blvd., Suite 400, Bolling AFB, D.C., 20032 The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, Washington D.C. is issuing a Notice of Award for Contract FA7012-10-C-0007 to "Repair Roofing System at Facility 20", Bolling AFB, Washington D.C. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material necessary to Repair Roofing System at Facility 20 on Bolling AFB, Washington D.C. The contractor shall complete work that includes: Jack and temporarily support ends of roof rafters at deteriorated wood sill plates and remove existing deteriorated wood sill plates and install new treated wood sill plates; and Remove existing deteriorated wood lookouts supporting gutter substrate and install new treated wood lookouts matching existing size, inclination and embedment in brick masonry wall in accordance with project specifications and drawings. Contract FA7012-10-C-0007 is being issued as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside to J. ROBERTS, INC., 14714 Old Lee Road, Chantilly, VA. 20151-1701. The Government has awarded a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract in response to Solicitation FA7012-10-R-0006 that was issued on 2 June 2010. This contract is one of several being funded through the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) per memorandum dated 25 March 2010. This contract must be awarded by 30 July 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $14 million.
