- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to purchase approximately 122 various spare and replacement parts (approx. 1,826 each total quantity) for the Scan Eagle system on a sole source basis from Insitu, Inc. 118 E Columbia River Way, Bingen, WA 98605-9011. The Scan Eagle system is used for reconnaissance, convoy escort, direct action overflights, and other missions in operational theaters. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Insitu, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of these parts, and there are no authorized resellers of these parts. Delivery will be to the Naval Special Warfare Support Activity One, Bldg. 603, San Diego, CA 92155. NAICS CODE: 336411.
