Has a requirement for a trailer mounted soil sterilizer consisting of the following characteristics: Boiler, feed water tank(200 gallon minimum) and fuel tank(30 gallon minimum) to be mounted on "Over the Road Highway-Rated Trailer with fuel tank, generator, and water tank." Trailer characteristics, Highway tail lights and brakes, 5/16 ball hitch, Painted, Boiler characteristics, Minimum 385 Lbs/Hour Steam Output (167 Kg/Hour Steam Output), Minimum 427,000 BTU/HR Input, 15, PSI Maximum Operating Pressure (1.03 BAR Maximum Operating Pressure), 5-10 PSI normal operating pressure,115V/1PH/60Hz Operating current, Oil fired burner (Diesel fuel) with flame safe guard, All associated safety devices and operating controls Soil sterilizing trailer characteristics, Four wheel, steerable, towable, low profile trailer with wheels, Perforated, floor and connection for steam line, Include canvas tarp cover and tie hooks to attach cover. Sterilizer 2 Cu. Yard minimum, Specify side or rear unload, Painted surface, Steam hose to connect generator to trailer, Hose rated for steam @ 450 F and 250 PSI minimum, Ends to connect steam generator to sterilizer trailer (quick connect type), 20 feet long.
