- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Copyright Clearance Center, Inc., 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers, MA, 01923. Vendor is to furnish all tools, labor, supplies and materials to provide the following: CLIN 0001AA: Annual copyright license agreement for Academic Institutions between Spaatz Center and Copyright Clearance Center for up to 5,813 students. Period of Performance: 30 Sep 2010 to 29 Sep 2011. This notice is to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 8.401. No written solicitation will be issued. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified educational materials, they must respond to this notice before 3pm (Central Time) on 11 August 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Copyright Clearance Center, Inc.
