- Description
- The government has awarded five Firm Fixed Price, ID/IQ Construction Type Contracts. These contracts will each contain one (1) two year base period, with three (3) one year option periods. A combined total value of not more than $4 million will be awarded for all base year contracts. For each option year that may be exercised, the combined total value of all five contracts shall be no more than $2 million per option year. Individual task orders will be competed among all contractors, and price will be considered as part of the evaluation of each offer received for each task order.
