- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract modification to GreenHills Software, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1). Green HillsSoftware,Inc. is the only source that can provide additional floating licenses under thecurrent JPEO JTRS Enterprise license agreement for the Green Hills software.The Enterprise License includes a complete research and development-only toolsuite for JTRS Radios, MULTI Professional Integrated DevelopmentEnvironment, INTEGRITY Real-time Operting System (R&D only), INTEGRITYReference Board Support Package Source, POSIX multi-address space supportpackage, INTEGRITY Linux Isolation Layer, Partitioned Journaling File System,Advanced File System, GHNet TCP/IP v4/v6 dual stack, GHNet Advanced routingpackage, Net-SNMP v1/v2c/v3 master/sub agent, GateD RIP v2 (IPv4), GateDOSPF v2 (IPv4), USB Host/Device Stack, USB Communications Device Class,Doublecheck Static Code Analyzer with ability to share results with JTRScontractors, and Supports Arm/Xscale and Power Architecture. This contractmodification is for an additional five networking floating licenses. The NAICS Code is 511210 and the applicable size standard is $25M. Nosolicitation will be made available as a result of this announcement. This isnota request for competitive proposals.
