- FRA Solicitation R-3AH0037 - Baltimore MD SF 1449 RFQ R03AH0037 Cover Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) R03AH0037 in support of the Philadelphia Homeownership Center of Single Family Housing. This procurement will result in a firm-fixed price requirements contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to provide interior and exterior field review of appraisal services for the Baltimore MD Area. The period of performance is twelve(12) month base year and four (4) one year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for the management and administration of all tasks assigned under the contract and shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, labor, services (including transportation that will be needed) necessary to conduct field reviews of appraisals of 1-4 units of single family interior and exterior properties for HUD. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531320 and the size standard is $2M. Quotations are due Friday, August 13, 2010 at 1:00 PM CDST
