- The U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) intends to negotiate on an Other Than Full and Open basis with Dr. Carol Corrado who will provide expert advice on measuring and reporting financial industry data for improved integration with the Flow of Funds Accounts published by the Federal Reserve Board. The government estimates the value of this requirement as approximately $25,000.00. The period of performance will be from September 30, 2010 through September 29, 2011. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet BEA's needs. Written response should be received within 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). The requirement will be awarded by Government Purchase Order.
