- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. Further in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, it is intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to award a sole source purchase order to Harris Corporation. The acquisition is for Hardware/Software equipment for which were manufactured by Harris Corporation and for which Harris Corporation holds sole proprietary rights. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is August 3, 2010 at 9:00 AM EST.
