- This is a not an IDIQ action. This action will result in a Task Order from the Federally Funded Research and Development Center. The Government will not entertain correspondence related to this posted notice. The Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) included funding for Prevention and Wellness and has appointed the Administration of Aging (AoA) one of the key efforts in the Wellness and Prevention Program. CMS in cooperation with the AoA will obtain support in the concept development and prototyping of a Health Program Registration System that demonstrates the functional capabilities, privacy protections, data requirements and operational considerations needed to register participants in the DSMP and create the basis for evaluation against claims data (for Medicare beneficiaries) for CMS. CMS will meet the needs of both the AoA and CMS in this program for the registration capability sought by the Government.
