- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Hartman Walsh Painting Co., W912BV-09-C-1013 As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to Hartman Walsh Painting Co., to perform the following work: Repair bulkhead and concrete pier damaged when bulkhead became dislodged during high water event. Bulkhead repair includes replacing both attachment clevises and pins, replace mooring lugs on both ends, replace two damaged diagonal braces. End pier repair includes repairing the anchor plate and replacing the anchor lug, removing and replacing all spalled concrete, reattaching anchor plate to pier. Intermediate pier repair includes repairing the cracked weld between anchor lug and plate. Refere to scope of work document for additional details and direction.
