- Description
- This project consists of the reconstruction of a picnic area. The required work includes the demolition of existing structures, removal of the existing road network, extensive regrading of the site, installation of new facilities including toilet buildings, a large pavilion, picnic areas and installing a new hardened trail network. Included with the project are the installation of a new paved access roadway network within the picnic grounds and the installation of a new access point through construction of a deceleration lane on a State Highway. The project area is located on the Sandia Ranger District of the Cibola National Forest, Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties, New Mexico. Please note there is a $30 non-refundable fee to receive a hard copy of the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the FBO web site on approximately August 13, 2010. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, submit a written request along with the $30 fee (checks made payable to the USDA Forest Service).
