- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-10-Q-ACP34. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 237310. The contract type will be a firm fixed price construction. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work / or / quotes for the attached items. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Construction are included in this order and are applicable. Vendor is required to attend site visit at USCG SFO Galveston, 1 Perry Rd., Galveston, Tx. 77550. Vendor who does not attend site visit will not be given an opportunity to submit a proposal. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the Central Contracting Registration at www.ccr.gov. Best Value Critera Award of this requirement shall be mand to the offeror whose proposal offers the greatest value to the government.
