- Wing Restricted Badges/Contractor IDs 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an "unfunded" requirement; an award will be made if funds become available. Solicitation number F1D3640162A022 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39. 2. This solicitation has been 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423410, Photographic Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, and the business size standard is 500 employees. 3. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract for Restricted Contractor IDs and supporting supplies for the Joint Base Andrews and is procuring the following: Contract Line Item Number 0001: CWBLANK Cards Quantity/Units - 40 boxes Item description: 500 per box, CR80, white in color, 30 mil, no magnetic stripe, 100% PVC, polish-polish, video quality, shrink wrapped in 500, packaged in high quality white boxes. Contract Line Item Number 0002: HH1000 HID ISO/DUO PROX II COLORID Quantity/Units - 2000 each Item description: Configuration #44304281 Part #1386LGGMN ISOProx standard PVC (no mag stripe) shrink wrapped in 50's. Inkjetted, sequential matching internal/external. No slot punch. Contract Line Item Number 0003: RF086201 Ribbon, Fargo 86201, YM Quantity/Units - 50 each Item description: YMCKOK, full color ribbon with 2 resin black panels and clear overlay panel. 400 images for DTC 550 series. Contract Line Item Number 0004: RF081789 PolyGuard Quantity/Units - 269 each Item description: 1.0 mil overlaminate, 250 prints, Fargo 81789, original Fargo product, DTC515, 525 and 550. Contract Line Item Number 0005: RF086202 Ribbon, Fargo 86202 Quantity/Units - 120 each Item description: YMCKK, DTC 550 full color ribbon with 2 resin black panels. 500 images *Note: Contract Line Item Numbers 0002, 0003, 0004, and 0005 are Fargo brand name only.
