- The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia, under the authority of the U.S. Government, seeks Letters of Interest for approximately 3,000 square feet of office space with separate ground level access located within close proximity to existing leased space at 4415 South Capital St SW. The delineated area defined for this procurement is the Seventh District area of Southern Avenue, Eastern Avenue, the Anacostia River, and the south side of Good Hope and Naylor Road boundaries.
