- The Defense Security Corporation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a combined synopsis solicitation for DSCA Security Scope of work includes: user support, weapons data research and database population, program analysis, application maintenance and enhancement for the Security Information Portal (SCIP). Offerors may download the entire solicitation, at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/program/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. The solicitation will be posted to this website by COB 30 July 2010 at 4:00 P.M. EST. All questions in regards to this solicitation should be directed in writing to Toni Davis, Contract Specialist, Email: toni.davis@dsca.mil and to woodrow.bell@dsca.mil. No telephonic request will be entertained. All questions must be in writing. NO EXCEPTIONS. The cut-off date for questions is 6 Aug 2010 at 9:00 A.M. EST. Proposals are due at 4:00 P.M. on 16 Aug 2010. NO EXCEPTIONS.
