- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.13 - Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. THIS PRESOLICITATION (W911S7-10-B-0040) AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. THE NAICS IS 238220 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $14.0M. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to provide heating, venting, and air conditioning. Contractor to remove Chiller, AHU, Ductwork, Controls, Instrumentation, Piping, Pumps, Treated Water, Insulation, Materials and associated accessories as indicated on the contract drawings. Removed materials shall be disposed of properly by the Contractor. There are no materials or equipment to be salvaged. Abate fabric clothe containing asbestos that connects the existing Air Handling Unit to supply ducts and return duct. Provide Chiller, AHU, Ductwork, Controls, Instrumentation, Piping, Pumps, Insulation, Equipment Start-up, Testing, Balancing, Adjusting, Flushing, Water Treatment, Training, O&M Manuals and all Materials for a complete system. Latest specification publication revisions shall apply. The location of the required work is at or near Bldg 625 on Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65584. Construction details, any applicable drawings and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for proposals is issued. Applicable drawings will be provided to Prime Contractors only. Any subcontractors shall contact the Prime Contractor for a copy of drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 16 August 2010. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
