- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): J.F.Brennan Company, Inc, Contract W912EK-10-C-0017, Lock and Dam No. 11 Major Rehabillitation, Stage IIIB The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete removal and replacement, installation of concrete anchors and reinforcing; fabricating and installation of steel structures such as ladders, hatch grating, and embedded metals; repair of service bridge bearing grout pads; core drilling concrete; reinstallation of lock appurtenances; removal and replacement grease lines; and miscellaneous electrical work required to accomodate concrete replacement. This is a modification which increases funds for concrete removal at roller gate pier number 8. The Contractor shall remove additional concrete on Roller Gate Pier No. 8, with removal limits and depths.
