The US General Services Administration, National Capital Region, has implemented a Building Systems, Building Tune-up & Lighting Replacement project under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The overall objectives are high performance HVAC component installations, reduce energy demand, reduce operation and maintenance costs, improve building system control and decrease lighting energy consumption for buildling occupants of 950 H Street.
