- Project consists of approximately 2.13 miles of trail construction on National Forest land, Smtih River National Recreation Area on the Six Rivers National Forest, Del Norte County, California. Price range is $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated start date is August 23, 2010 with 93 days of contract time. Solicitation will be a request for proposal requiring both price and technical proposal responding to the evaluation criteria as in the solicitation. No organized site visit will be held. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about July 2, 2010.
