- This notice advises that AFNWC/PKOA formerly 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order to Security & Access Systems, Albuquerque, NM 87193-6315 for a security system upgrade to the Space Test Operations Squadron of the Space Development and Test Wing at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Anticipated award date is 6 August 2010, NAICS Code is 561621 and size standards are $12.5 Million Dollars. The justification for other than full and open competition will be posted after award.
