- Quotes are due to Ms. TiJuana Watson by NLT 20 August 2010 @ 10:00 am, Japan Standard Time. DoDEA-Pacific requires a contractor to provide Special Needs student transportation and maintenance services on Guam for special needs (SPED) students attending DoDEA Guam schools. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement, and FAR 13 evaluation procedures will be utilized to award the resultant contract to the best value contractor. The Government intends to evaluate vehicles proposed by offerors onsite in Guam during the week of 23 August 2010. Amendment to the original solicitation will be posted on Monday, 02 August 2010. Included in the amendment package will be technical exhibits and applicable Department of Labor wage determination schedule.
