- NSN 4920-01-516-5707, PTF, GROUND THEATER AIR CONRTOL SYSTEM-CRC/OPS, PR# 0026037215, P/N:20000103-19. This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition as the government does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The vendor submitting an alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The approved source is: NORTHROP GRUMMAN GUIDANCE AND ELECTRONICS COMPANY, INC., LASER SYSTEMS, CAGE 34860. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the solicitation issue date is 11 August 2010 closing on 10 September 2010. DELIVERY: 270 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 224 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
