- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-42, Effective: 16 Jun 2010 & Class Deviation 2005-O0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2010-0402. A Federal Acquisition Regulation part 12 commercial purchase acquisition order will be issued The government intends to issue a Brand Name or Equal commercial acquisition contract for 2010 Carryall 6 Gasoline club cars. Please provide 2 (two) complete quotes: 1. with a quantity of 6 (six) carts. 2. with a quantity of 4 (four) carts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336999. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration.
