- Quantity has changed. PR Request 0027112297, NSN: 4010-00-286-2681, Wire Rope. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for 2000 rolls (1000 feet each). This item is on QPL 83420, P/N M83420/2-15 in accordance with Specification number MIL-DLT-83420M(1). Approved source(s): are those listed on QPL. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 80 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. A Sub-Contracting Plan will be required for all large business quoting over 550K. Certified Cost and Pricing Data will be Required for all offers over 650K. Ship-to locations are DDSP and DDJC. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is September 7, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
