- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award to award to Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Amarillo, TX a sole-source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 for Pro Protor Gearbox Input Quill Improvement. The estimated period of performance is 1 year, ending no later than 30 September 2011. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bell-Boeing is the sole developer, designer, manufacturer of the V-22 aircraft. As such, Bell-Boeing is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requisite expertise to perform the contemplated effort with the required schedule.
