- NOTICE TEXT: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Acquisition Location Defense Supply Center Richmond - BSM This synopsis is for NSN: 5995-01-339-9138, Cable Assembly, Radio in accordance with Part numbers, 235699-28, AE13214-428, and 235699-028. End item application : Support equipment for F15 Aircraft. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP on 29 July 2010. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus 4 1-year term option years. This is solicited as unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 procedures. Surge & Sustainment requirements do not apply for this requirement per IBMS Website inquiry on 29 July 2010. Cost and pricing data is not required to this procurement. Progress payments will not be included per IBMS Website inquiry on 29 July 2010. For 5995-01-339-9138, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 36 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 9 EA. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 72 EA for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 9/36 EA. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation 29 July 2010. This is an Export control Item per SAP interrogation 29 July 2010. Contractor First Article (FAT) with Special Testing apples for 3 units. See Purchase Order Text (POT) for tech data package (TDP) availability information. EEO Clearance is not required as the dollar has not been met. A small business subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar value threshold has not been met. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. ABVS applies. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 332 days ARO with FAT. The solicitation issue date is 16 August 2010. The closing date is 15 September 2010.
