- THIS NOTIICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE SOW. IT WILL BE RE-POSTED AFTER NEW SOW HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND REVIEWED, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for the installation of CCTV system at CG STA MONTEREY, Monterey Bay, CA. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 3. This solicitation is considered SERVICE and is conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-a-Side. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with all plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation documents. Estimated Range: Less than $25,000. This contract incorporates the Service Contract Act of 1965 and the Department of Labor Wage Determination Number 2005-2055, Revision 10, dated May 26, 2009. NAICS: 561621 Small Business Size Standard: $12M 4. You must return one (1) complete copy of the entire solicitation package to include the SF-1449, Sections B-K and Exhibit 1. The contractor is responsible to review the remaining solicitation, Sections C-M, as these clauses will be incorporated into the final contract. Also, a completed Contractor Responsibility Questionnaire, attached, is requested to assist the Contracting Officer in Determination of Contractor Responsibility. a) Please note that the Due Date for receipt of Quote is July 30, 2010 by 3:30PM PST. E-mail and Fax submission will be accepted IAW Section L.9. b) All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to the Contracting Officer at the address cited in Section G.2 of this solicitation.
