- The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Transportation Engineering Activity (TEA) is issuing this presolicitation notice to identify the Commands need to conduct engineering studies,analyses and planning for traffic, Ports for National Defense (PND) and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). This is a presolicitation notice only and does not constitute a request for a proposal nor commit the Government to make purchase of any supplies or services at this time. Respectively, a solicitation for engineering studies, analyses and planning services is anticipated to be issued within 2-3 weeks.
